The following terms and conditions apply to all parts of the RSD Hygienics website. Your use of the website and any orders that you make will be governed by these terms and conditions. Please make sure you understand them before proceeding.

The Bidet-Loo™ may be purchased via the website by any of the following methods.

By printing off and completing an order form and posting it with your cheque/postal order to:

or by completing the online payment form and sending your cheque/postal order to the above address.

Payment may also be made by completing the online payment form and submitting your credit/debit card details over our secure 128-bit server using any of the following acceptable cards: Visa; Mastercard; Maestro; Switch; Solo; Delta or JCB. We also accept payment via PayPal and electronic bank transfer.

Alternatively, you may telephone, fax or email your order using any of the above methods of payment.

RSD Hygienics Limited use the latest 128-bit encryption technology.

Any orders placed online will be confirmed via the email address supplied at the time of ordering. This confirmation will include details of the product(s) purchased and payment made, including any delivery costs.

All stocks are subject to availability and we will attempt to fulfil your order within 28 days of receipt of confirmation.

If we are unable to supply any items or you are unwilling to accept any delay that may occur, we will offer an immediate refund.

In case of any dispute with the transaction, we must retain evidence of the cardholder's authority in order to debit the amount of any payment made via the website.

All prices quoted on the website are in Sterling (GBP). Any exchange rate applicable to our prices is an indicative rate only, and you may be debited with a different amount.

Warranty and Returns Policy

This Warranty and Returns Policy does not affect the customers statutory rights under UK law.

All bidets are guaranteed against internal working component failure for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Claims for accidental breakages or damage under the guarantee cannot be accepted.

RSD Hygienics Limited are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, however, if you wish to return your product we will refund the purchase price (less any carriage charges), providing it has not been installed or used in any way. Please return it to the above address within 14 days from the received date, complete and in its original container and packaging. After this period a refund cannot be considered unless of course, the goods were faulty or had developed a fault whilst still under our 12 month guarantee. Please note that a refund will only be made after the goods have arrived and been inspected at our premises, and providing the goods have not been installed/used and are in exactly the same condition. Upon inspection, should the goods show any signs of damage or having been used, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the agreed refund amount. We also reserve the right of non-acceptance of the goods, in which no refund will be made at all, should the goods prove not resaleable due to any damage. In this case, the goods will be returned to you and you will be responsible for any further carriage charges. Please also note, that if the toilet seat has been used we cannot accept it back due to hygiene reasons, and the total refund amount agreed will be reduced by the cost of the seat. Furthermore as previously stated, although we may arrange (on your behalf) for the collection of the goods, we will not be liable for any carriage charges, which will remain your sole responsibility. The goods must be packed in the original and undamaged container with the original and undamaged packaging, and must include all manuals and other documentation that arrived with the product. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. Please note that there will be an additional charge for any damage to either the container or the packaging.

In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' from the date of purchase in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling your purchase and we are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. This decision has been made in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that although our toilet seats are extremely robust (with a weight limit of up to 160 kgs), they will not withstand any misuse. This includes, standing on the seat, dropping or slamming the seat with excessive force, and any other activities that may afford stress or incorrect movement on the seat, its hinges, flexible hose or any of the other additional fittings. Due to hygiene issues, once the product has been installed and ultimately used, we are unable to refund any monies.
